- We kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancelled appointments within the 24 hour window will result in a $20 fee - If you booked a mobile spray tan and you cancel OR reschedule while your spray tan tech is on the way, you will be charged the full amount of the service booked. - if the spray tan tech arrives at the door and it goes unanswered after 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged the full amount of the service booked. I am all about communication + I totally understand that life happens, due to the quickness of each spray tan appointment, I have to keep a tidy cancellation + late fee policy in place. I hope you understand and respect the policy! I of course will always work with any issues or emergencies you may have, please just let me know!
